Senator Rieger, Vice Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that             
the notice requirement be waived on HOUSE BILL NO. 529 "An                     
Act amending the medical assistance and community developmental                
disabilities grants appropriations in sec. 38, ch. 65, SLA 1993; and           
providing for an effective date" for the Rules Committee meeting to            
be held upon recess.  Without objection, it was so ordered.
